jBPM or WfMOpen or XFlow

I just looking for a free BPM solution. I have no experience with these BPM solutions. The only thing that I expect from the BPM tool is that it must be based on standards and that it must be stable.

If you have experience with jBPM, could you tell me something about it? Why you think I must choose it insted WfMOpen or XFlow?

I don't see where it is WfMC compliant. What would the issues be in a commercial environment?
