I'm not really much of a videographer, more of a photographer.
I think if you keep the focusing screen spotless (I wonder if there's some anti-static stuff I can charge it with?) then you should be okay. However, if you get a tiny spec of dust on it, it's definitely extremely annoying. Had that problem in the beginning, but so far, I've managed to avoid the problem.
