Instantiations has released a new version CodePro Studio.  It's a set of tools that enhance the Eclipse IDE.  Back in the days when I used VisualAge, their VA Assist product was simply amazing, I'm hoping that they do the same for Eclipse.

So pull up a chair, get some popcorn and watch the viewlets.  I find the Enhanced Navigation (i.e. History and Modifications), Enhanced Task View (Finally someone made it simpler to use) and Task Scheduling to be quite impressive.  The Design Pattern support and the Build Automation will become very handy.  I can't say much about the Audit tools, since I know I can find free ones (another idea is to integrate Jackpot's audit with Eclipse).  Overall, its a very useful set of extensions.  Cost however is a bit steep, $695, however you can always ask your company to put up the tab.

So, if you're thinking of making money on Eclipse, take a cue from these guys.
