Non Viral XQuery Implementation?

Speaking about Liquid Data, it uses XMLQuery (i.e. XQuery), I was wondering if anyone out there knows about a non-viral open source implementation. I'm looking at the list at w3 and its seems all the open source versions are GPL (see Qexo and Kweelt).
